| Description: |
Senior Compliance Manager
Senior Compliance Manager required for financial organization based in Dublin City Centre.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead the implementation of the Compliance policies relevant to all new staff, including monitoring, review and reporting on a quarterly and annual basis; responding to staff queries and where appropriate staff training.
• Identify and prepare new compliance policies or amend policies as appropriate;
• Oversee the maintenance of compliance registers (Personal Account Dealing, Gift, Complaints and Breaches) for local and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all employees are advised and kept up to date with compliance policies
• Coordinate the roll-out and full participation in regular compliance related initiatives (e.g. annual anti-money laundering training)
• Prepare reports, detailing findings, making recommendations as to proposed changes for issue to senior management, and tracking the recommendations to implementation;
Requirements:
• 10 years compliance experience within a financial services environment (audit background an advantage).
• Articulate, effective communication skills within the organization (locally and globally) and with external parties (solicitors, regulators, auditors)
• Proven reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexible and proactive with ability to work on own initiative
