The Company FUND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER COMPANY PROFILE Our client is a well known Investment House -the pioneers of the unit linked investments which continues to expand into new markets and new products and fund ranges. The company offers access to clients to a range of 600+ internal funds holding assets of ?1.2 billion. Investments comprise a range of products with holdings in fixed interest, derivatives, property, private equity, commodities and managed funds.The RoleResponsibilities will include:To manage the ongoing production of unit prices, calculation of appropriation amounts and trading in the underlying assets for the internal fundsAssist in the implementation of new system in the Dublin office.To design and implement a suitable control environment to ensure that all classes of unit holders and shareholders are treated equitably and in line with the issued terms and conditions and to minimize the emergence of unit pricing errors.To play a lead role in investigating potential pricing errors and implementing compensation strategies where necessary.To manage the implementation of new fundsTo continuously review the pricing and appropriations methodology and recommend changes to senior management where necessaryTo produce performance statistics for the Group's fund range in conjunction with the Regional Investment OfficerTo report regularly to senior management on shareholder gains or losses on the fundsProfileQUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS Appropriate business or accounting qualificationExperience in a unit linked life company or fund management company Strong people management skillsA disciplined and transparent approach to planning and tracking deliverable productionAbility to think analytically and to make clear decisions on complex issues.Effective communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to a non-actuarial audienceAbility to build good working relationships both internally and externally and with people at all levels.
