| Description: |
Full Description
• Completing all Compliance monitoring within the Operational group.
• Completing a monthly Compliance Audit.
• Check that adequate procedures and controls are in place to ensure that all parts of the business comply with relevant regulations.
• Providing monthly Operations data to the Global Risk team.
• Approve and sign off all Marketing material distributed on behalf of the Funds.
Requirements
• Good technical abilities and knowledge of the regulations (especially Irish and European mutual funds)
• Good understanding of Mutual Fund Management industry.
• A current role in Compliance or Risk group of an Asset Management house in Dublin would be valued.
• 5years compliance experience in funds
Salary - 50-60K
