Large Multinational Financial Services Organization is sourcing for a Corporate Finance Specialist

Working closely with the Corporate Finance Director you will be responsible for:
• Professional advisory role on mergers, acquisitions, MBOs
• Analysis and advisory on the public and private fundraising matters
• Negotiation of detailed terms with the project finance bank that arise in the project specific due diligence process
• Working with clients key personnel to ensure that project-tendering process is carried out properly so that project financing can be completed efficiently,
• Play a significant part sourcing and executing deals

This role would suit a newly ACA qualified BIG 4 candidate with excellent academic record.
Strong analytical experience, commercial awareness, enthusiasm and great communications skills are a must.
Relevant corporate finance experience is desirable.
