Large Multinational Industry based company is urgently sourcing for a Financial Process Improvement Consultant

This is a Manager level, client facing role.
Core of the role:
• Ability of leading large business transformation projects
• Work with our clients in leading projects to design and implement significant change programmes
• Close interaction with client management and staff and with your colleagues locally and internationally
• Management of end to Process:
Project planning and control,
Process re-engineering,
Organisational development,
Change management and team leadership.

The role requires:
• Very strong Finance and Accounting expertise
• Knowledge of Shared Services Centre Model
• Previous consulting experience - multinational and SSC clients
• Good project leadership skills, excellent analytical skills, an ability to innovate and practicality in approach
