Large Multinational Client of mine based in Dublin South is urgently sourcing for a senior Credit and Collections Manager.

Having an EMEA remit you will be responsible for:

• Strategic input with regards to credit initiatives and credit planning
• Proactive management of Collections and Credit management areas of the business
• Drive improvement is Debt Collection – particularly improve 60+days old debt
• Effectively manage credit risk within EMEA
• Be a key initiator of developing relationship and partnering with key clients and stakeholder to improve debt collection, risk management, Sales decision support.
• Controls and Compliance for the collection area within EMEA region
• Ensuring SOX compliance as well as creating and managing credit risk strategies for different markets with the focus on Emerging markets
• Work closely with management – regional controllers, sales management, legal, treasury etc

This is a great opportunity to take the ownership of Credit function of this multinational company and stamp your own mark on the role.
This role requires circa 10 years with credit management function with minimum of 4 years at senior management level within a multinational company.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence decision makers are essential as well as proactive approach, and ability to see the bigger picture and added value through cross functional collaboration.
