Leading FS Company based in Dublin South is currently sourcing for a Mortgages Collection Executive.
Reporting directly to the Collections manager you will be responsible for:
• Management of home loan collection litigation cases that are in arrears.
• Contacting arrears customers to make arrangements to recover the mortgage arrears.
• Mange incoming calls and correspondence.
• Issue a report of weekly arrears when required.
• Participate in and contribute to weekly team review meetings.
This is a shift role – working hours 12.00 – 8 .00 pm Suitable candidates will have:
• 4+years experience in collections area gained with Financial Services organisation.
• Working knowledge of mortgages and previous experience in this area is essential for this role as well
