We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Financial Accountant to join a leading financial services company based in Dublin 2.

This challenging role will focus on management accounting and financial reporting for structured finance transactions (SPV’s).

The main duties will include:

• Management accounting and financial reporting
• Preparation of financial statements for structured finance transactions (SPV’s)
• Preparation and issue of management accounts and other regulatory reporting.
• Review and prepare files to assist audit of financial statements
• Liaise with internal and external auditors when required.
• Management of annual audit process to ensure efficient and timely completion of audit.
• Conversion of UK and Irish GAAP financial statements to IFRS
• Involved in ad-hoc projects when required.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
• At least 3 years experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and GAAP
• Knowledge of financial and requlatory reporting requirements
• Experience of SPV’s would be a definite advantage

Candidates with Big 4 experience and exposure to financial services will also be strongly considered for this role.

Salary for this role will be up to EUR 60 000
