Special Assets Manager, Dublin Within your portfolio of cases the objective of this job is to protect and manage the Banks loan book by ensuring that loan quality objectives are achieved and comply with the Banks credit policies and procedures. A proven ability to complete a thorough preparation for negotiations, clarify what margins and standards apply to the negotiation, acting from the banks strategic perspective essential. If successful at interview you will manage a portfolio of cases with exposures €250 up to €2m. Furthermore you will have an approvals role for exposures below EUR 250 K. All applicants must hold a QFA qualification, be qualified to Business Degree Level. A proven ability to monitor and manage your own portfolio of cases within a team portfolio will be a core aspect of this job, you will also conducting regular in-depth credit reviews as part of your role.
