Large Multinational Insurance Company based in Dublin is urgently sourcing for a Financial Planning and Forecasting Manager.

This is a challenging new role within Company’s structure.
As a Financial Planning and Forecasting Manager you will be responsible for:
• Lead and manage General Insurance and Health Insurance Financial Planning and Forecasting team
• Forecasting and a analysis of Income Statements and Balance Sheets, including analysis of drivers of IFRS profit
• Detailed projections of combined operating ratios including analysis of levers influencing them
• Ensure process and controls for activity of planning and forecasting team
• Projection and analysis of the solvency and other capital measures both for local and European requirements
• Specification and testing of changes to the Data Warehouse and IT developments for new product launches and planning requirements
• Liaising closely with internal and external partners such as Finance business partners, Finance Reporting & Control, Actuarial, Product etc

This is a great opportunity for a fully Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, business cases and scenarios analysis experience is a must as well as good understanding of General or / and Health insurance area and products.
