Duties will include: Monitor workflow to ensure timely turnaround on client queries Address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner. Partner with clients ensuring they are happy with the service provided and if any issues ensure that they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner to clients satisfaction. Risk monitoring ensuring escalation to management. Offer innovative solutions to problems and persist in solving Take decisive and timely action, even in high pressure situations. Active participation in regular operational calls with Client Management, Sales and Product teams. Ad hoc projects as required. Candidate Specification: 1 year banking customer focus and excellent quality service Fluency in English and the above languages Problem solving experience with a proven track record of following through on issues to a satisfactory resolution. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Strong PC/windows experience. Solid communication skills Team player. Psychometric testing will be used as part of the selection process, strong numeric abilities required.
