Operations Specialist - Mutual Funds
The team supports a multitude of functions including exception trading, manual trading, trade corrections, Fund SERV rejects and large trade confirmations. Exception trading includes manually trading positions which are not supported by the Branch Office system through FOCUS and involves interaction with the Branch Office Network, Mutual Funds Marketing, and the various Fund Companies.
Requirements
• Relevant Business Degree
• 18 months Financial Services experience in Trade Confirmations, Trade Processing, Back Office
• Must be able to give clear examples of past successes in teamwork, use of analytical skills, time and organisational self-management, and flexibility to a changing environment
• Excellent problem solving skills and sound judgement
• Displays a positive commitment to being client focused, proactive, and teamwork oriented
• Background in Customer Service
