We currently have a role for a Trade Processing Administrator within Mutual Funds. This is a permanent role with a leading global institution. The client is looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years experience within fund operations.

Job Description

The team supports a multitude of functions including exception trading, manual trading, trade corrections, and large trade confirmations. Exception trading includes manually trading positions which are not supported by the Branch Office system and involves interaction with the Branch Office Network, Mutual Funds Marketing, and the various Fund Companies. Large trade confirmation is a service provided to the Branch Office, which involves placing a call in order to confirm the validity of any order placed exceeding $1.5m.
