We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Loans Administrator with a leading bank. The client is looking for a candidate with previous experience of loans administration within a bank. Full training will be provided. This is a permanent role with a company that will offer a very good salary and benefits. 1. Job Purpose a) Undertaking the daily responsibilities of the Dublin Branch Service Centre role. b) Supporting the Manager in liaising with the other European offices in relation to any issues that they or the ESC may have, responding, reacting and coordinating as necessary. c) Supporting the Manager in providing necessary staffing to the Serviced offices and European Corporate Credit Services Team at key times as necessary. d) User Acceptance Testing process in line with agreed procedure and being actively involved in relation to either process or the use of the regional systems.
2. Key Accountabilities · Receiving queries, answering or directing to relevant parties and managing responses to ensure satisfactory conclusion. · Continually strive for standardization and improvements to systems and processes. · Ensure proper and clear co-ordination and communication between the various departments of the Bank providing services to the serviced offices to make sure all services are provided in the agreed manner. · Ensuring the Business of is managed correctly and accurately. · Efficient and controlled User Acceptance Testing process for each agreed period. · Ensuring the proactive communication of issues or new requirements, and assisting in the development of timely solutions. · Highlighting and coordinating areas where training would be required or would be beneficial. · Control and development of the capture and maintenance of Client Services static data. · Regular and ad-hoc reporting on Serviced offices as required.
Education / Experience · General Banking experience and Loan Administration experience is desirable · Experience of working in a reconciliation environment and a good understanding of accruals is essential · Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization, liaising with both internal and external clients · Relationship Management experience · Good PC skills with a proactive approach to learning new systems and processes. · Good project management skills. · Initiative, Drive and Energy. · Knowledge of aspects of banking products, their use, and accounting and risk treatments is an advantage
