You will support exception trading, manual trading, trade corrections, rejects and large trade confirmations for the offshore mutual funds administration business. Also, exception trades which will involve interaction with the Branch Office Network, Mutual Funds Marketing, and the various Fund Companies. You will have further involvement in large trade confirmations.

The ideal person will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a positive commitment to being client focused, proactive, and teamwork oriented with a background in Customer Service. It would be ideal to have a minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role, but all financial services backgrounds will be considered.
