Finance Manager –Dublin South Leading Multinational company require a Finance Manager to supervise, support and develop the finance group ensuring that all deadlines are achieved . Responsibilities to include:
• Month end closing of management accounts.
• Month end reporting both to local management and at a corporate level.
• Management of all aspects of Receivables/Payables/Credit Control/VAT/Fixed Assets/Currency Hedging/Accruals/Prepayments.
• Management and development of direct reports.
• Maintaining and upgrading the internal control systems.
• Statutory and external reporting.
• Ensuring adherence to Group Guidelines.
• Understanding and support of the controlling group (Job costings, Profitability Analysis, cost centre management, productivity reporting etc...).
• Ensuring the Finance Department provides exceptional customer service and continually driving improvement within the department.
• Be a key member of the Middle Management Group ensuring the group continually strives for continuous improvement within the business. Minimum Requirements:
• Fully qualified Accountant with previous experience in a similar position(pref multinational)
• SAP experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a department.
• Possess ambition and be capable of expanding the role.
