One of the world?s largest financial institutions, with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services is seeking candidates for permanent roles within their Settlements and Trade Processing group.
The Irish operation is part of Global Markets Operations & Middle Office which settles trades in securities and listed derivatives, manages funds transfers, and provides custody services for proprietary and client assets.
The role in will involve the timely recovery of funds claimed by the Bank, trade matching and settlement, timely and accurate resolution of client queries, identifying areas for process improvement and root cause analysis of issues to prevent reoccurrence. You will establish strong working relationships with all key stakeholders, including trade support, middle office, corporate actions, cash management services and technology functions.
You will need to keep up to date with market requirements, ensuring all actions would pass external audit, responding to client needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Seeking team players who are target driven with prior Banking Operations experience. It is essential to have the ability to communicate clearly and show a high level of commitment and professional work ethic. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task is a given as are excellent time and priority management skills. Good numerical and computer skills essential.
