My Clients are looking for experinenced Mortgage Collectors
There are roles at a Junior Level (€28,000-€32,000), Senior (40,000 - 45,000) and Specialist level (€50,000-€60,000) and there are contract and permanent roles available
The role;
• Contacting arrears customers direct to make arrangements to recover the mortgage arrears.
• Deal efficiently with incoming calls and correspondence.
• Maintain and monitor ongoing contact and follow-up of cases with Manager.
• Issue a report of weekly arrears when required.
• Actively participate in and contribute to weekly team review meetings.
Skills/Experience;
• Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Financial Collections environment.
• Previous experience working with mortgages is essential
• Drive, energy and an enthusiastic team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, in particular the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Must have fluent English and excellent understanding of the nuances of the English language.
• Must possess strength of character to deal with demanding collections and arrears negotiations.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and follow through on tasks.
• Flexible, can-do attitude is essential.
• Excellent PC skills (use of database, Word, Excel, Outlook).
