| Description: |
You will be joining an expanding team focusing on Trading Operations. The role involves working closely with traders. The individual will be required to build an excellent knowledge of the vast range of products traded by our client and also the workings of all international markets in which they operate.
Job Duties
• Management of trader positions
• Monitoring Corporate events and analyzing the impact upon the traders positions
• Liaison with Prime Brokers, Execution Brokers and European exchanges
• Directing the work of external clients to ensure all trader positions are recorded correctly in the Prime Broker systems
Qualifications
• Degree in business, preferably a finance related discipline.
Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and settlements desirable.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Access.
• Strong communicator (verbal and written).
• Strong customer focus.
• Effective problem solving skills
The firm will provide a very good salary in a first class working environment.
This is a permanent role paying €30,000 - €45,000, depending on experience.
There are also short term contract roles in this area.
