Senior Life Coordinator
My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Life Coordinator.
This role will report to the Operations Manager in the International Life Insurance team.
Responsibilities:
• Forecast daily business of 10 – 25 policies per day
• 3+ new markets/ products in 2010
• Significant systems development work (2-3 module releases per quarter)
• Increasing volumes of calls, servicing post / transactions
Requirements:
• Strong experience in cross border Life Insurance industry – 2 / 3 years
• Project experience (Product Launch)
• Excellent organisational with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
• Good PC skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, Access etc)
• Understanding of principles of Life Insurance
• Understanding of European/UK/Irish Regulations governing Life Insurance Industry
• Solid experience in a customer facing role or processing environment
• European language skills an advantage (Italian, German, France, Polish)
