Senior Life Coordinator
My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Life Coordinator.
This role will report to the Operations Manager in the International Life Insurance team.
Responsibilities: Forecast daily business of 10 25 policies per day 3+ new markets/ products in 2010 Significant systems development work (2-3 module releases per quarter) Increasing volumes of calls, servicing post / transactions
Requirements: Strong experience in cross border Life Insurance industry 2 / 3 years Project experience (Product Launch) Excellent organisational with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills Good PC skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Access etc) Understanding of principles of Life Insurance Understanding of European/UK/Irish Regulations governing Life Insurance Industry Solid experience in a customer facing role or processing environment European language skills an advantage (Italian, German, France, Polish)
