· Strong experience in cross border Life Insurance industry

· Project experience (Product Launch)

· Excellent organisational with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work

· Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills

· Good PC skills – MS Office (Excel, Word, Access etc)

· Understanding of principles of Life Insurance

· Understanding of European/UK/Irish Regulations governing Life Insurance Industry

· Solid experience in a customer facing role or processing environment

· European language skills an advantage (Italian, German, France, Polish)
