Financial services client a leader in their field, have a requirement for a Client Relationship Specialist with a strong knowledge of international payments.

Key Responsibilities

To maintain excellent client relationships
To ensure the ready identification and resolution of any business related problems and ensure the timely escalation of these issues to the relevant internal and external suppliers in order to resolve
Ensure that the operational departments are aligned to goals and priorities of the client at all times
Through ongoing business education and awareness continuously enhance and streamline the client’s internal operating structure and systems.
Ensure that companies service delivery is met through meeting and exceeding agreed KPI’s and SLA’s
Update and agree business rules with the client
The Client Relationship Specialist will represent the in a professional capacity to the client and other parties
Provide consultancy services according to the clients needs where required


Skills and Experience

Degree level qualification in a relevant Business discipline

Client Facing Experience

Payments, Direct Debit, Banking or similar related experience
