We currently have a role for an AML Manager with a leading financial organization. This role will be working within the funds industry and as such candidates must have a background in AML within this area. As senior manaber you will be expected to have at least 10 years experience within the funds industry with specific experience of working in an AML/Compliance role. • Conducing AML monitoring programmes in line with identified Risks and plan in the business areas
• Designing and implementing AML policies and procedures as required
• Preparing reports with findings and recommendations for senior management and tracking recommendations to completion
• Investigating AML issues and regulatory matters arising
• Promoting a strong compliance culture within the business
• Identifying and escalating weaknesses and gaps in internal procedures and controls within the business
• Identifying new regulatory requirements and participating in their interpretation and following through to their implementation
• Developing effective tailor made AML training programmes for all staff depending on requirements
