Senior Vice President Transfer Agency Operations
Senior Vice President Transfer Agency Operations required for leading US global asset manager based in Dublin. This is a senior management appointment at SVP / Director level.
Scope of responsibility includes daily oversight of all transfer agency operational and client service functions of a full service international Transfer Agency operation. A results-oriented senior-level manager with people, project and process management experience and comprehensive industry knowledge across all aspects of Transfer Agency Operations required for this role ?.
The successful candidate will be a change agent and high-integrity leader with a productive blend of analytical, motivational, client relationship and teambuilding skills. An effective communicator with the ability to assess and define problems, develop strategies and drive cross-functional groups to consensus and execution on challenging objectives.
As a key member of the Operations Senior Management Team you will be involved in business evaluation, process review and vendor selection projects, best practice reviews, business development strategies and more offering significant opportunities to the right individual to contribute to and positively influence business results.
