Manager - Performance Management
Dublin
A leading insurance company, specialising in the provision of Life, General and Health Insurance to customers worldwide now wishes to recruit an experienced performance analyst.
Role Purpose:
Support the Investment Director and Head of Performance Management to measure/monitor the performance of investments to ensure optimised returns within the risk appetite and capital framework
Key input into the delivery of investment strategy
Duties:
Support with definition of an appropriate framework for monitoring/measuring investment performance, specifically related to the performance of external asset managers
Undertake detailed analysis of investment performance for assets, measuring actual performance against benchmarks and market trends
Support with the preparation of the relevant management reporting for both markets and the region
Salary:
Excellent base salary, plus bonus and benefits.

Skills & Experience:
Good knowledge of monitoring and managing investment performance
Good experience of management reporting
Sound knowledge of global financial markets and financial instruments
4+ year experience in investment management roles
Relevant financial services sector experience and experience of working in a regulated environment
