This mulitnational company is seeking to recruit a commercially focused Taxation Senior to work closely with their Director of European Client Tax Services. The role will be totally focused on providing clients with high level support in all areas of taxation and will include:

•Advising a "High Net Worth" clients regarding business and investment matters;
•Working with existing clients to develop new business opportunities;
•Supporting senior management on planning & consulting assignments;
•Provision of advice on Property & VAT issues both in Ireland and internationally;
•Manage and share tax knowledge with appropriate business groups (including internal tax training);
•Work with sales/marketing groups on client presentations with respect to taxation;
•Liaise with industry groups/tax advisors on current tax issues;
•Work with business processes groups on identifying systems enhancements required for tax services;
•Monitor and report on tax deliverables within the tax teams and operations groups;
•Participate in specific working groups on the development of products;
•Deal with clients on ad-hoc tax queries.

The role is highly challenging and will allow the candidate to become involved in providing solid Taxation solutions to a diverse range of clients. As the firm is growing there is excellent scope to quickly develop into a manager position.

Candidate Profile

•Technically, you will need to be AITI (or equivalent) qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in income and corporation tax, having trained within quality tax department;
•Personally, you will need to be result focused for both the client and the business. You will need to have strong communication and negotiation skills with clear client and business results focus. Commercial aptitude necessary;
•Self starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
