A permanent position has just arisen for an experienced PAYROLL Clerk with some HR knowledge for a well known West Cork company MUST HAVE SOME HR KNOWLEDGE AND BE FAMILIAR WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Main duties Responsible for payroll transactions Reviewing Time Sheet Statements for weekly and monthly employees on Oracle Preparing Absenteeism and Overtime reports for Senior Management Track New Starts & Leavers log on Remedy and Personnel Changes System Administrator Management of Company Intranet Involvement in Health and Safety activities, committee meetings, risk assessments etc. as required Responsible for Sick Pay, Holiday Advance payments, Maternity compensation Answering pay related queries, distributing payslips, etc. Preparing Headcount Reports on a weekly basis, Employees' Review reports Experience At least 3 years experience Must have mulltinational experience Ideally have high volume experience Attentive to detail / accuracy of work Analytical and Numbers Literate Proficient in HR database management , Ability to work as part of a team Experience working to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills.
