| Description: |
Our client is a high profile Cork based accountancy firm. As a pivotal member
of the team the ideal candidate will work on a broad range of clients including
large Irish PLC’s SME indigenous and multinational, the ideal candidate will be
a newly qualified commercially focused Audit Senior.
Reporting to the
Managing Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning,
conducting and concluding audits for broad range of
clients.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and Planning audit
assignments.
• Provide high level technical support to key clients.
•
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts
and apply them to client situations.
• Ensure completion of assignments
within appropriate budget and timeframe
• Establish and maintain strong
relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
• Supervision of junior
staff combined with the direction and control of audit semi seniors on client
assignments.
• The role will involve taking a commercial approach to
development of the firm in conjunction with the senior partner’s plans for
development.
Requirements:
• ACA/ ACCA Qualified
• Candidate should
have a number of years Audit experience in a quality driven firm.
• They
should have strong commercial skills and be capable of contributing to the
growth of the practice |
