Job Title: Billings Administrator

Our client, a leading Dublin insurance firm is seeking an experienced Cash
Office Administrator to join their busy team. The client on this occassion is a
large insurance organisation. The successful candidate will look after all
customer invoicing, queries and daily inputting of billing records.



Duties & Responsibilities

•Alloation of premium receipts by credit card, direct debits etc
•Compile daily receipt summary reports
•Prepare premium refunds
•Tracking of corporate invoicing
•Chase defaulters and debtors when required through calls and
emails



Skills & Experience
•Minimum of 2years experience in a cash office, ideally within an AR
role
•Part qualified accountantancy candidates will be considered.
•Strong numeracy skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Strong business acumen
•Excellent team player and the ability to work on your own initiative when
required



Permanent role

Based in South Dublin









Desirable Experience: 1 Year +
Required Education: Leaving Certificate
