Transfer Agency Business Analyst



Job Description



The TA Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the TA service line. The role has two key facets.


•The ongoing participation in the development of the TA product where the individual is expected to provide assistance in gap analysis, business requirements definition/documentation and testing. Furthermore the individual will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure when built
•Supporting the business units primarily inDublinandLuxembourgbut including Boston/Tokyo/Hong Kong (production support, systems issues, bugs, problem solving, test execution etc). This individual will be responsible for supporting the business through periods of change and with the provision of expertise to interact with systems and vendors. (Travel may be required)





Key Accountabilities


•Business Analysis – liaising with Operations and external clients to determine reporting requirements
•Working with the various Systems groups to progress developments you are responsible for: Design and creation of test plans, test cases, test scripts and other supporting documents
•Production Business and Systems Support
•Testing (UAT/regression/functional/parallel)
•Support of the business units
•Support the take on of new business

Experience: 2-3 Years
Desirable Experience: Key Technical / Functional Knowledge, Skills, Experience, & Capabilities Required


•TA business analysis & testing / support experience (4-6 years)
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Experience of TA Systems an advantage but not essential
•Ability to work under pressure
•Ability to work either as part of a team or on own
•Good command of English is essential
•Ability to interact in a professional manner at all levels, both internally and externally
•Detail oriented with proven ability to see open issues to resolution
•Good communication skills
•Flexibility to support the business as required including outside normal working hours
