The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities;
•Preparation of financial statements for Irish UCITS and Cayman/BVI companies including excel workings and draft financial statements
•Contact point for audit queries and liaising with business to ensure prompt resolution of queries
•Assisting in ensuring systems, procedures, information and controls are in place to maintain the day to day running of all Audit / Financial Statements aspects of the business including:
- Regulatory Requirements – ensuring all funds adhere to UCITS and other regulatory requirements.
•Preparation of regulatory reporting including but not limited to – Central Bank Monthly Reporting, OFI1 Reporting, Quarterly non-Irish Returns
•In particular, to ensure that any compliance monitoring programme, designed to assess all regulated activities with appropriate frequency, is fully supported
•To ensure that all incidents are reported and issues identified
•To ensure that issues, once identified, are resolved
•Prepare information for appointed tax agents for UK reporting fund regime calculations.
•Prepare information for appointed tax agents for annual German
•Run daily German Tax reporting for funds
