Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – Transfer Agency
Location: Dublin
Position Type: Full Time

Pay range: €60,000 - €79,999

Description:
Service Delivery Manager



Provision of a proactive service to specific and overall team clients. To uphold the companies excellent client services standards. To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the team's output and that the team is adequately developed. To support both the client's and company strategies by successfully implementing relevant projects and mitigating risk.



Responsibilities:



Monitor the service delivery standards for clients through proactive management of project plans, issues logs etc, identifying issues and ensuring they are resolved
Adequately determines all resourcing (staffing and other) needs for new projects/business and present to GM
Identifies and assesses risks and efficiencies, recommends suitable solutions and implements plan, once agreed
Appropriately deals with issues escalated from the client and other team members
Co-ordinates and participate in client meetings , board meeting , project meetings
Co-ordinate projects and team output and assigns tasks appropriately
Ensures adequate procedures and controls are in place department-wide and that weaknesses or gaps are minimised
Set objectives, goals and Training & Development plans for all staff on 6-monthly basis within one week of joining team for new staff
Conducts bi-monthly 1-2-1 meetings with each staff member, reviews objectives, goals and training plans and provides feedback
Identifies each staff member's strengths & areas for development and takes ownership for the creation of a structured strategy to develop them
Conducts appraisals on timely basis for each team member, as per company policy
Identifies, monitors and deals with performance concerns appropriately
Ensures all staff are (cross-) trained effectively and sufficiently to conduct their work to the required standard and to provide coverage within the team
Develops self and keeps abreast of industry developments by attending seminars & courses and reading relevant material, particularly of a complex nature

Desirable Skills: 6-7 Years
