RANSFER AGENCY – LIMERICK/DUBLIN OFFICE
SENIOR DEALING ANALYST
A Senior Administrator position within a very busy and pressured Dealing Team of a large Transfer Agency business. The team is responsible for the dealing and client facing portion of the relationship for multiple Clients and their underlying Investors
Responsibilities
Take delivery of Client / Investor instructions and supporting documents through a workflow system
Assess the content of the documents for completion
Input the content of the documents onto the line of business
Investor Account set-up
Deal Processing - Subscriptions, Redemptions, Switches and Transfers
Cash processing
Fee processing where applicable to deals
Deal confirmations
Prediction and Deal Schedule Reporting
An understanding of anti-money laundering compliance
Respond to all Client and / or associated internal departmental queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner in accordance with departmental procedures. |

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
SKILLS
Working exposure and competent knowledge of the below
Hedge and UCITS Funds across all dealing period types
Transfer Agency Line of Business system, understanding of processing and related concepts
Transfer Agency Workflow processing system and concepts
Basic but strong AND up to date understanding of AML regulations in context to this level of employment
(Prerequisite skills – not negotiable)
Computer literate in the following: Lotus Notes / Microsoft email
Microsoft Excel, Word
