Leading Multinational Company requires an experienced Accounts Payable Manager with Global Process Improvement skills to lead an International AP team and provide strategic analysis & direction of the Accounts Payable function.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in providing best-in-class process improvement and people management on a worldwide AP function within the Accounting Management team of a market-leading company. The successful person will have an astute collaborative approach to all functions in the Procure-To-Pay process on a world wide basis. Based in Dublin, this is a truly global position that will require some International travel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the drive to improve and maintain a best-in-class Accounts Payable function globally
• Work closely with Procurement to achieve best practice payment procure-to pay
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving and Treasury in P2P projects
• Create top quality Vendor Master - implement self-serve portal and define best practices
• Manage and motivate a team of highly trained AP staff worldwide

Key Requirements:
• Significant knowledge of P2P processes and cycles
• Extensive experience in a Shared Services environment
• Deep knowledge of and passion for process improvement across AP function
• Display P2P leadership qualities at Industry Management level
• Proactive and collaborative management style with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
