Our Client - a Leading Financial Services organisation - is currently recruiting for a Compliance Analyst who has experience within a Hedge Fund Accounting environment for their Dublin City Centre office.

This is a generalist role and the jobholder would be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties and responsibilities and assisting the team members of the team on a number of projects. The Compliance team are responsible for the following :

* Providing regulatory advice in relation to ad hoc queries from the portfolio managers and analysts.

* Carrying out compliance monitoring around best execution, late allocations and trade errors.

* Diligence presentations to current and potential clients.

* Disclosures around short selling & panel of takeovers and mergers.

* Reviewing and updating policies and procedures.

* Working with other compliance teams and forging strong links and awareness of their key rules.

* Assisting with the drafting and delivery of market abuse training and other compliance related training.

Candidate Requirements :

* Either previous asset management/fund management compliance experience or surveillance or control room experience gained within an investment bank.

* Bachelor's Degree in an Accountancy, Finance or Business related Degree.

* Team Player who is adaptable and flexible due to the nature of projects.

* IT Literate. The candidate will require good Excel skills.
