CT Client Services Manager

A leading Financial Services company is looking to recruit a CT Client Services Manager for its growing operations in Dublin City Centre.

Required Skills: Essential Functions

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Listing
• Review and annotate Prospectus for compliance with the requirements as prescribed in the Central Bank's Prospectus Handbook and/or the relevant ISE guidelines.

•Liaise between clients, legal counsel, the ISE and/or The Central Bank to obtain approval of the Prospectus and the subsequent listing of the debt securities.


•Advise clients with respect to the relevant legislation (the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005) and the ISE's guidelines, policies and procedures.


•Advise clients with respect to the continuing obligations of the ISE and under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.


•File approved Prospectuses with the Companies Announcements Office within the established deadlines where required.


•Develop workflows, timelines and procedures with clients & staff to ensure services are provided in a co-ordinate and efficient manner.


•Monitor the team inbox and action queries.


•Create and approve invoicing in respect of services rendered in a timely manner.


•Keep abreast of new market developments.


•Participate in projects to improve efficiency and develop the product offering.


•Assist on ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.




Deal-level Relationship Management and Assisting in cross-selling

Assist with the service level aspects of the assigned client relationships for the deals that are helping administer, b) ensure that clients receive an excellent service through supporting regular client service review calls and preparing client scorecards, c) assist where necessary, in the bid preparation process and analysis of retentive bids with existing clients and where beneficial, assist in the identification and execution of cross-sell opportunities working in close consultation with CT Sales, CT Relationship Management and Client Executives, d) begin to develop working relationships with other industry participants as applicable for assigned deal portfolio - e.g. law firms, financial advisors, investment bankers, etc.

Control and Risk
• Actively manage receivables portfolio ensuring invoices are settled within the defined credit terms.

•Ensure department controls and are properly adhered to.


•Ensure bank policies and procedures are properly adhered to.


•Ensure department procedures with respect to day to day activities are updated regularly to reflect changes in industry practice vis a vis the Central Bank's Prospectus Handbook and the ISE guidelines, policies and procedures.


•Liaise with internal Control Team on regular control testing.


•Provide assistance in respect of audits where required.


•Escalate where appropriate.

Experience: Levelling Factors

Business Expertise

The business knowledge for this role requires a level of product knowledge and client awareness. Key knowledge and understanding process flows and business processes to appropriately service the clients is required. The incumbent must also be able to work effectively with clients to resolve issues and develop appropriate solve by working collaboratively with C&BD, Sales and other groups within Global Client Solutions to ensure seamless client service. Must understand how other businesses operate in the broader context of CT to drive client service excellence and help mitigate risk.

Nature & Area of Impact

The incumbent will have an impact at the client level and can positively and negatively affect the team through interactions with their assigned clients.

Interaction / Interpersonal Skills

This position will interact with clients, the ISE and the Central Bank on an ongoing basis and therefore strong interpersonal and communication skills are required global preferred.

Qualifications:

•This position will interact with clients, the ISE and the Central Bank on a ongoing basis and therefore strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.


•Strong attention to detail.


•Ability to work to tight deadlines will be essential to this role


•An ability to work as both a team player and as an individual will be an advantage.


•Strong basic Microsoft Office skills. A working knowledge of the banks internal systems such as FiRRe and IMMS would be an advantage.


•A basic knowledge of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 and the


•Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 would be an advantage.
