Description: |
The Client Services team is responsible for the effective servicing of all our client’s needs as well as setting up and maintaining the shareholder register. This includes the take on of new clients, the servicing of existing clients and a close liaison with multiple departments within Fidelity. The key objective is to achieve excellent client satisfaction through a highly responsive team via telephone, fax, email or in writing. The role contributes to the growth of the business overall and the ongoing development of the relationships with our client base.
Strict deadlines, procedures and processes are in place with a zero error tolerance policy actively enforced. The successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the team and its workload, ensuring all deadlines are met in an accurate and timely manner.

Experience: |
Previous experience in a client servicing role ideally with exposure to an international and/or institutional environment
Knowledge of the financial and mutual fund industry |

Degree level educated or equivalent |
