Job Title: Client Services Supervisor - Permanent
Location: Dublin
Position Type: Full Time
Ref: 108-AJ-JS
Pay range: N.A./Neg

Description:
The Client Services Supervisor is responsible overseeing all day to day activities carried out by the team.

The role will entail responsibility for;
• Client account opening – ensure all documentation is received in good order and that we are compliant with all the necessary AML regulations.
• Review and sign off all client dealing and general maintenance on the client accounts.
• Cash management; bank reconciliation and cash management
• Quality service provision and speedy resolution of client issues and requests.
• Clear understanding over the criticality of client settlement.
• Regular quality client reporting.
• Unit Reconciliations.
• Regulatory and control reporting.
• Systems testing and Implementation.
• Ensure that high quality controls and procedures are in place and enforced in the team.
• Ensure that all team members are fully trained.
• Contribute to the team goals and ensure targets are met.
• Working with other departments internally to ensure the smooth running of all day to day tasks.
• Be aware of the regulatory and legal implications for a fund of this type.

Required Skills: Numeric with a good eye for quality, completeness and accuracy.
Proven ability to communicate and work with all levels of personnel
Proven ability to prioritise and organise both own time and that of a team.
Self-starter / motivator.
Ability to think through issues and see things to resolution.
Commitment, integrity and maturity; ability to accept accountability and observe prescribed deadlines
Computer literate (especially Excel, also Word and PowerPoint)
Desirable Skills: Language skills would be an advantage
Experience: Previous experience in a client servicing role ideally with exposure to an international and/or institutional environment
Knowledge of the financial and mutual fund industry
Good people management experience.
Experience managing fund related projects,
Experience of working with and resolving issues.

FFM(I)L’s business day runs from 8:30a.m. to 10:30p.m. with two shifts in operation daily. One team member from both the fund accounting team and the client services team is required to work one late shift per week (on average five shifts a month) which is rotated amongst team members.
