The Role is AVP level, reporting to VP, part of an 20-strong EMEA-wide team of Client Technology Analysts. Working with business and clients at all levels day to day.

5. Excellent communication and influencing skills including ability to present projects status to senior IT and business management, and represent IT on such global projects.
The Ideal Candidate but our client is open to you proving your skills on knowledge if you feel like you don't tick every box for them -
1. 10+ years Business Analysis experience – gathering business requirements, completing business analysis and translating those requirements into functional specifications and related test cases. Negotiating requirements with business groups to ensure appropriate, cost-effective, functioning solutions delivered
2. Business process knowledge - Comprehensive procedural, technical and product knowledge of Fund Accounting. Knowledge of other areas such as custody and market data would be an advantage.
3. Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and working with developers on completing development projects. Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior resource on such projects is essential.
4. Outstanding documentation and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
6. Problem resolution – assist in identifying and understanding the relationship among problems, issues and data. Conduct more thorough analysis when problem areas are discovered.
7. Working as part of a globally distributed team an advantage.
8. Project management skills essential, candidate will need to build and motivate project teams from pools of global resources to deliver projects for our clients business |
