ETF Portfolio Operations Specialist - NEW
To work as a day to day support for Portfolio Managers and Capital Markets, including monitoring of ETF basket processing, trade support, corporate actions and pricing, product change enhancement, cross border listing and building on existing third party relationships to ensure global operational support and change is leveraged and implemented in line with group policy
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily basket process, including pricing and Corp events, dissemination and reconciliation
Support new Product launches and initiatives
Work closely with EMEA Capital Markets and support ongoing initiatives
Assist in the authorisation of fund distributions
Work to continue efforts to automate and integrate tasks
Leverage internal reporting for issue resolution and interpretation
Work closely with accounting, custody and admin teams
Ensure all processes completed by TPAs within agreed SLAs
Ensure all interfaces between TPAs are conducted within guidelines set in SLAs
Review and monitor all KPI and operational reporting provided by TPAs
Conduct off site periodic monitoring visits with full reporting on processes administered by TPAs
Attend regular service review meetings
Maintain SLAs and review and update on a periodic basis
Identify & resolve service level issues
TPA fee oversight & payment
Undertake necessary control checks and review of TPA reporting to ensure NAVs are calculated in an accurate & timely manner
Perform associated NAV related activities retained within the company to ensure a high standard of fund administration services is provided to the company
Manage queries received by TPA, APs or internal parties and resolve in a timely manner
Contribute to department planning & initiatives. Suggest & implement improvements to procedures & processes
Work with other functions to ensure dependent processes are effective & efficient and internal client requirements met
Undertake compilation of MI & KPI reporting
Assist in implementing product development and business change projects between TPA and through to satisfactory completion

Required Skills: |
Good background knowledge of financial services and investments
Good understanding of internal procedures and controls
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Good interpersonal skills for contact with external & internal parties
Strong numeric skills
Strong EXCEL skills
A methodical approach to work and keen attention to detail essential
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task as necessary
Proactive attitude to change management
Ability to work on own initiative

Experience: |
At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund administration of Exchange Traded Funds or with emphasis on NAV and pricing an advantage |
