Description: |
Operations Assistant
New role created within the team. The role will support the operational work of the function and provide assistance to ongoing projects.
Work collaboratively with key members on strategic projects that span across the entire company. Support the development and delivery of high quality management information for the operations function and the Management team. Administration of the key operations team applications. This will include document management and time recording systems. Assist on business process improvement initiatives to deliver business value to the office. Support Directors and Management team as tasks arise.
We are looking for interpersonal, time management and attention to detail skills. Ability to learn new systems and use them effectively for analysis.
A Degree in Business Management, Economics, IT or related field. Ability to design and develop innovative infographics and presentations. Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate or advanced level. |
