Job Title: Client Service Supervisor
Location: Dublin
Position Type: Full Time

Remuneration: 50000 - 60000

Description:
My client is putting together Client Service teams due to new business, ongoing growth, and strategic moves to further cement their place amongst the best in Fund Administration in Ireland.

You will be the first point of contact for a number of top tier clients, on-board new funds/clients, and gain exposure to ad hoc projects.

With responsibility for the operational and staffing aspects of managing a client facing team in a busy and challenging environment, you will manage the team to ensure that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards. Location: Dublin / Kilkenny

The day to day

Understand the process for preparing all valuations under your management. This will include having knowledge of all control procedures in place during the preparation of the NAV and identifying any more effective controls that can be used
Monitor the daily/weekly/monthly oversight schedule to ensure that valuations are completed accurately and within the client deadline
Perform the final check and review of valuations produced under your control if needed
Communicate new procedures on a fund to all relevant staff
Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager / Client and all relevant parties
Serve as the primary dedicated contact for the client on operational and client servicing issues
Ensure client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable
Manage where appropriate client servicing functions of the team to ensure that the client is satisfied with the service they are receiving
Train, develop and motivate staff. Ensure high team morale and commitment. Complete performance appraisals
Encourage participation. Drive recognition and staff development
Provide technical expertise to resolve daily problems. Plan the resourcing requirements for the funds in consultation with Supervisor on the team

Required Skills: Understanding internal and external audit requirements
Have knowledge of derivatives and performance fees
Be keen to deliver the very best in client service
Experience: 5+ years NAV experience or in-depth experience in a similar role
Understanding of Prime broker relationships
Experience with servicing multi managed clients
Proven ability to improve workflows and team structures in line with Business Transformation objectives
