| Description: |
My Client, a Large Financial Services organization is looking for a Co-Sec to join their team based in Dublin due to significant growth and demand. This is a busy role that will require the successful candidate to have the ability to liaise with clients and internal departments (Audit, Tax, and Corporate Finance) in relation to all company secretarial matters for the Firm and its clients.
Duties:
Arranging company formations and group structures
Advising clients on best practice
Dealing with the CRO and clients on a daily basis
Ensuring the statutory obligations are met
Reporting any changes in company structure
Preparing statutory forms and filing with the CRO
Attending to ad-hoc duties and queries where required |

A degree in a related discipline
ICSA
3-5 years in a similar role |
| Experience: |
Experience in working with Blueprint
Experience within Funds an Advantage |
