The overview
If you have financial services recruitment experience from agency and/or in-house, proven track record in a high volume, fast paced environment and currently have less than four weeks’ notice then get in touch for immediate consideration.
The required experience:
Full life cycle recruiting or strong agency recruitment experience again within financial services or related business areas.
Ideally experience in a search firm or recruitment agency environment with proven cold calling / headhunting, market mapping and candidate management experience
Proven experience in recommending and using a variety of effective sourcing strategies (with both domestic and international success) to assist in the development of a diverse pipeline of candidates
Strong track record in consulting with senior business leaders and managers on the talent acquisition process
Demonstrated knowledge of behaviorally based interviewing techniques

Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to constant change with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably E-Recruit (PeopleSoft)
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven dependability; committed to working as a trusted team member |
