Client Services
Our Clients are looking for candidates experienced in Fund Accounting, Financial reporting or Custody to join their new Client Enhancement Services Teams across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skilllset into a client facing environment and work with the Relationship managers
Day to Day duties:
Actively engage and respond to client inquiries on a daily basis
Provide filtering point and escalation for important client inquiries
Participate in client meetings as requested
Assist in activities that support the Client Service Standards across the various products
Work effectively with internal departments or third party providers to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
Execute reviews of internal reporting for assigned client relationships and escalate issues which may impact client servicing to the Client Service Supervisor
Participate in ad hoc team project work and audit
Monitor receipt of all client documentation |

| Required Skills: |
2 to 3 years of Fund Accounting Experience with Supervisory and Reviewing Skills
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
In-depth knowledge and understanding of various securities options, accounting standards and ongoing regulatory changes required |

BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience |
