The Role

You will act as a seasoned member of the team who is well versed and a consistent contributor in all facets of the Expense Administration function.
You will oversee while also providing review oversight and guidance to the Expense Administrators.
In this role you will provide leadership, mentoring and training to more junior members of staff to ensure the development of their skills and levels of productivity
This is also related to the ongoing review and administration of invoices, forecasts, accrual calculations, reporting and daily operations.
In addition to the ongoing responsibilities related to expense administration and project participation, the successful candidate may also be required to prepare proposals, responses, and/or comment on a variety of ad hoc reporting inquiries from business partners and clients in a professional, timely and accurate manner |

| Required Skills: |
Financial product accounting, financial product reporting,
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and analysis
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Strong written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of accrual based and cash based accounting
Ability to adapt to, and utilize, new systems and tools as they become available
Above average time management skills
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills |

Be highly engaged in the team’s collective work so as to foster a highly collaborative and positive team environment
Working knowledge of mutual fund products, multi-class accounting, and the components of an NAV |
