My client is Ireland's fastest growing accountancy organisation and an excellent opportunity has arisen as they are looking for an experienced Corporate Manager to join their Corporate Finance Department which is a rapidly growing part of the business.This is an attractive role as it offers career development and progression opportunities. The highly experienced Finance Team are experts in all aspects of corporate finance from transaction advisory services, valuations and raising capital and business to mergers and acquisitions. If you are looking to take the next step in your career then this is the opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities:
• Preparing business plans
• Managing debt and equity raisings
• Managing financial reviews and due diligence investigations
• Managing with sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments
• Financial Modelling
• Managing the preparation of valuation reports
• Report writing
• Liaising with clients, Financial Institutions and solicitors
• Preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives.
• Transnational services background is an advantage

| Required Skills: |
• 3 years post qualification experience required
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ect)

| Experience: |
• Experience in corporate finance or Audit department
• Excellent communication skills
