The Role:
• All consultants in Quest follow a 360 degree recruitment model. Whilst the focus will be to service current clients that are already well established within the business, development of new clients is also desired
• You will focus on the accountancy based roles within our banking, funds, insurance, commerce, industry and practice sectors and the various operational areas within each
• Consultant ownership of all candidates sourced and clients secured are part of our reward process
• Managers are there to support but with full autonomy within the role developed over time
• The resourcing of candidates is undertaken within a large in-house database plus an extensive sourcing partnership with LinkedIn, many traditional jobs boards, advertising mediums and marketing support infrastructures
• Meeting of candidates and clients is a given and we engage consistently on multiple social media outlets to present ourselves and the company in a professional and best in class manner
The Section:
• The Accountancy Division provides an accountancy recruitment service for banking, funds, insurance, commerce, industry, practice and public sectors

| Required Skills: |
• A strong, confident, professional and articulate individual with a good to solid recruitment background
• You will need to be competitive in nature, hardworking and importantly, enjoy recruitment and understand the core concepts of a professional service delivery

• Excellent communication skills are a must, good presentation and a can do attitude
• The ability to work under pressure is important but also the personality to embrace the challenge
