Job Title: Junior Fund Accountant
Location: Dublin

Join an end to end environment with a boutique fund house ideally located on the Quays in Dublin. The junior Fund Accountant will work as part of a fund accounting team and is responsible for completing daily tasks as assigned by the team leader to the highest standards. The level of client service offered is imperative to this company, and the fund accountant is expected to display the highest standards of professionalism in dealing with clients and team members. Responsibilities

• Data collection and trade input.
• Reconciliation of cash and assets with the funds’ brokers.
• Processing Capital Stock Activity.
• Interaction with all internal and external third parties: Trade processing, matching, settlement dept., Transfer Agency, Pricing Dept. and the Trustee dept.,
• Ensuring compliance of the funds with the fund documentation (including Prospectus, Admin. agreement and Operating Memorandum).
• Fee and expense processing.
• Pricing securities in the portfolio in accordance with agreed pricing conventions.
• Compiling a NAV pack for Team Leader review
• Maintaining the portfolio for the fund on Bloomberg to monitor prices and corporate actions, if applicable.
• Follow-up and resolution of any issues associated with these tasks.
• Assisting with the preparation of auditor information requests (including timely response to queries).
• Calculating fees to be charged to the funds and prepare invoices.
• Collection/payment of all fund related fees efficiently

Experience: • Relevant 3rd level Degree in Financial Services or Business
• 1+ years’ experience in funds/OTC derivatives/equities/bonds/reconciliations
from a global bank or fund company
Required Education: • Relevant 3rd level Degree in Financial Services or Business
