| Description: |
Accounts Assistant
New role to join a finance team. Duties will include posting invoices to the expense system on an ongoing basis, preparing the month end banking and payment run files in conjunction with accounts payable and posting journals to the General Ledger. Assisting with Cash Matching on a weekly basis, trade entries and month end close through the group investment management system. Assisting with the delivery of the group reporting submissions on a quarterly basis, through posting journals on the GL accounting system, rolling forward reports etc. Assisting with team projects as they arise. Providing additional support to other team members on an ad-hoc basis as the need arise.
We are looking for a Graduate with a related degree, IT skills to include strong Excel and willing to complete ACCA. |
